At YogaVirtue, we strive to provide the best possible online yoga learning experience. We value your time, commitment, and trust, and our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent for both our students and our team.
1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the date of payment for a class, course, or subscription.

Refunds are applicable only if:

You have not attended more than two live sessions.

You have not accessed more than 20% of the recorded content (if applicable).

Fees for workshops, special events, or promotional offers are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by YogaVirtue.
2. Non-Refundable Situations

Missed classes or inability to attend due to personal reasons.

Partial use of the subscription or package after the refund period.

Technical issues on the user’s side such as poor internet connection, device malfunction, or login problems.
3. Class Rescheduling & Credits

If you are unable to attend a session, we offer rescheduling options or class credits where possible.

Class credits must be used within 30 days from the date of issue.
4. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days from the date of approval.

Refunds will be made to the original mode of payment only.
